Finding Your Barcode & PIN

Your CUE ID Card is also your library card. Watch the video below, to learn about your library barcode and how to reset your PIN number.

You must have a CUE ID card produced in order to have a CUE Library account. If you aren't sure if you have a library account yet, Ask Us!

  • Once you have a CUE ID card, visit the Reset PIN page and enter your library barcode. Your barcode is on the back of your ID card, above the magnetic strip. 
  • Clicking the submit button will send an email to your student account with the link to reset your PIN.
  • Open your student email, find the PIN RECOVERY message from noreply@neoslibraries.ca. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive, check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. If your do not receive the email, it may be that your barcode is incorrect. Ask Us! for help.
  • Click the link within the email then create a PIN (also called a password) for your library account.

  • CUE employees should contact the People & Culture (Human Resources) office to get an ID card, Email people@concordia.ab.ca or call 780-479-9213.
