How do I request a book or article that I want from another NEOS library?”
Watch the videos below to learn how to access resources from other NEOS libraries. If the book you want is available, it can be sent to Concordia for you to borrow. Articles and single chapters are typically sent for download via email.
Can I go to another NEOS library and borrow books?
Yes! You must bring your current student or staff ID card to the checkout. There are some exceptions, for example Local Loan or Reserve items, that cannot be loaned to CUE borrowers. Ask CUE Library staff or contact the other library to confirm whether or not the item you want is available.
Public Libraries are not members of the NEOS library system.
Current CUE students & employees can register their CUE ID card as an L-Pass in order to use digital and print resources from the many branches of the Edmonton Public Library (EPL).
