CUE Library Barcode & PIN

Your CUE ID card is also your CUE Library card.

Until your CUE student ID card is created, you do not have a library account (including barcode & PIN number).

The Student ID Cards page has instructions on how to upload your photo to create your ID card.

CUE employees can contact the People & Culture (Human Resources) office to get an ID card.

Read the instructions below and watch the video to learn how to set up your PIN number.

Visit the Reset PIN page and enter your library barcode, it is located on the back of your CUE ID card, as shown in this image.
Clicking the submit button will send an email to your CUE email account with the link to reset your PIN.
Open your CUE email, find the PIN RECOVERY message from noreply@neoslibraries.ca.
- It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive, check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
- If your do not receive the email, it may be that your barcode is incorrect. Ask Us! for help.
Click the link within the email then create a PIN (a password of your choice) for your library account.

Your 13 digit library barcode is located on the back of your ID card, above the black magnetic strip, as shown in the image below.

Your PIN number is the password you choose so that only you can open your library account.

To set your PIN have your ID card ready

Visit Forgot your PIN?
Enter your 13 digit barcode, located on the back of your ID card
A link to reset your PIN will be sent to your CUE email address
Open your CUE email and locate the message with the PIN reset link. You may need to look in your spam folder to find it.
Click on that link then enter the PIN of your choice
