Your CUE ID card is also your CUE Library card.
- Until your CUE student ID card is created, you do not have a library account (including barcode & PIN number).

The Student ID Cards page has instructions on how to upload your photo to create your ID card.
CUE employees can contact the People & Culture (Human Resources) office to get an ID card.

Read the instructions below and watch the video to learn how to set up your PIN number.
- Visit the Reset PIN page and enter your library barcode, it is located on the back of your CUE ID card, as shown in this image.
- Clicking the submit button will send an email to your CUE email account with the link to reset your PIN.
- Open your CUE email, find the PIN RECOVERY message from noreply@neoslibraries.ca.
- It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive, check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
- If your do not receive the email, it may be that your barcode is incorrect. Ask Us! for help.
- Click the link within the email then create a PIN (a password of your choice) for your library account.
