What is a Recall Notice?
All items borrowed from CUE and other NEOS libraries are subject to being recalled for early return to the library.
- Recall notices are sent to your CUE email address when someone else has placed a hold on the item you have checked out.
- After you have received your recall notice, you will have 7 days to return the recalled item(s) in order to prevent overdue fees.
- Recalled items can be returned to CUE or to any NEOS Library.
