Advanced Research & Writing

The word "research" can have multiple meanings. As an undergraduate,  "doing research" often means searching for information produced by other people (secondary research). As a graduate student, "doing research" may mean producing new information by performing and reporting on your own experiments and investigations (primary research).

The resources in this guide offer information to assist you with academic writing, search strategies, literature reviews, and reference management.
