Want to order an article or ebook chapter that CUE Library does not have? You will need your library barcode and PIN number to place the request.

Your CUE ID card is also your CUE Library card.

• Until your CUE student ID card is created, you do not have a library account (including barcode & PIN number).
• Not sure if you have a library account? Ask Us!

The Student ID Cards page has instructions on how to upload your photo to create your ID card.

• Contact the Registrar's office for help with this process.

CUE employees can contact the People & Culture (Human Resources) office to get an ID card.

• Email people@concordia.ab.ca or call 780-479-9213.

Read the instructions below and watch the video to learn how to set up your PIN number.

• Visit the Reset PIN page and enter your library barcode, it is located on the back of your CUE ID card, as shown in this image.
• Clicking the submit button will send an email to your CUE email account with the link to reset your PIN.
• Open your CUE email, find the PIN RECOVERY message from noreply@neoslibraries.ca.
  • It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive, check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. 
  • If your do not receive the email, it may be that your barcode is incorrect. Ask Us! for help.
• Click the link within the email then create a PIN (a password of your choice) for your library account.
