Watch the video, then use your library barcode and CUE email to retrieve your PIN number.
Go to the What is my PIN? page and fill out the form using your library barcode and your CUE email address. You will receive an email telling you your PIN number.
Hint: your barcode is on the back of your ID card, above the magnetic strip. If you do not have you ID Card, order a replacement from the Registrar's office and, in the meantime, Ask Us! for your barcode number by answering a few security questions. Then you can retrieve your PIN.
