Instructor Guide to CUE Library Services & Resources

Use your library barcode and PIN to access the following library services:

• Placing holds
• Requesting interlibrary loans
• Checking your library My Account
• Registering for an L-Pass

Your library barcode is found on the back of your CUE ID card.

If you don't know your library PIN, you can reset it online:

1. Visit the PIN reset online form
2. Enter your 13-digit library barcode
3. Check your CUE email 

• (wait 10 mins and check your SPAM folder if you don't see the email in your regular inbox)

1. Open the email titled "PIN Recovery"
2. Click the "Reset Your PIN" link in that email
3. Enter a new password and verify that password
4. Click submit

Your new PIN should work immediately. If you need assistance with your PIN, please contact us at library@concordia.ab.ca.
